By accessing or using the MxGladyx platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MxGladyx. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Membership & Account Types

Access to MxGladyx features depends on your specific account type:

• Members: Access to all member features—including earning points, redeeming rewards, leaderboard rankings, and member events—is free. There are no fees, subscriptions, or in-app purchases required to use MxGladyx.
• Businesses: Access to business features—including business listings, the business dashboard, analytics, and point-awarding tools—requires an active enterprise business account. Enterprise business accounts are provisioned and managed directly by the platform administration for authorized business entities.

MxGladyx reserves the right to modify account structures and access requirements with advance notice.

4. Points & Rewards

• Points are earned by making purchases at participating businesses or attending events.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• MxGladyx reserves the right to adjust point values, reward availability, or tier thresholds at any time.
• Points earned through fraudulent or manipulated transactions may be revoked without notice.
• Rewards are subject to availability and may expire as indicated at redemption.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the points system
• Submit false receipts or check-in data
• Impersonate another user or business
• Interfere with the operation of the platform

6. Account Termination

MxGladyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or abuse the rewards system. You may also delete your account at any time from your Member Card page.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MxGladyx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or that all rewards will be available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MxGladyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Apple Disclaimer

Apple is not responsible for any liability, system errors, data corruption, or loss of membership points or physical rewards associated with this platform.
